1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of tradingstats.net and any service operated by TradingStats (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Definitions
- Public Content — research articles, blog posts, methodology descriptions, and statistics that are openly accessible on tradingstats.net without authentication.
- Paid Content — analytics dashboards, interactive tools, and any content requiring an account or active subscription to access.
- Indicators — Pine Script trading indicators published by TradingStats on TradingView, including their source code, lookup tables, and embedded statistics.
- Account — personal credentials granting access to Paid Content.
3. Permitted Use
You are welcome to:
- read and view Public Content for personal educational and trading use
- share links to Public Content on social media, forums, Discord, or your own writing
- quote short excerpts (up to a few sentences) from Public Content for commentary or discussion, with attribution and a link to the source
- save Public Content locally for your own reference
- apply insights from TradingStats research to inform your own trading decisions
- use Pine Indicators published by TradingStats on TradingView in your personal charts
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- republish Public Content in full or in substantial part on other websites, platforms, or publications without prior written permission — quoting short excerpts with attribution is permitted (see Section 3)
- copy, redistribute, or share Paid Content, in any form, with anyone outside your individual Account
- resell, sublicense, white-label, or otherwise commercialize TradingStats Public Content, Paid Content, or Indicators — or any derivative thereof
- repackage TradingStats research, statistics, or methodology as standalone paid products, courses, signal services, or competing analytics resources
- scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract content from the Service beyond what a normal browser session requires
- share your Account credentials or provide third parties with access to Paid Content through your Account
- republish, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the source code, lookup tables, or embedded statistics of TradingStats Pine Indicators on TradingView or elsewhere
- use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or attempts to disrupt the operation of the Service
Insights and ideas you derive from TradingStats research to inform your own trading remain yours. The published work itself — articles, statistics, dashboards, indicator code — remains the intellectual property of TradingStats.
5. Accounts & Subscriptions
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. Subscription terms, billing cycles, refund eligibility, and cancellation procedures are described separately at the point of purchase and form part of these Terms by reference.
TradingStats may suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms, including for credential sharing, scraping, or unauthorized redistribution of Paid Content.
6. Intellectual Property
All research, articles, statistics, methodology descriptions, dashboards, software, and Indicators published by TradingStats are the intellectual property of TradingStats unless explicitly stated otherwise. Trademarks, logos, and branding are also the property of TradingStats. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any TradingStats intellectual property to the user.
7. No Financial Advice
TradingStats is not a registered financial advisor. All research, statistics, dashboards, and indicators are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument, nor a solicitation to engage in any investment strategy. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Historical market patterns do not guarantee future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradingStats and its operators shall not be liable for:
- trading losses or missed opportunities
- inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in published research or statistics
- interruptions, delays, or downtime in the Service or in third-party data providers
- any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service
9. Changes to These Terms
TradingStats may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
